Stop Hair Loss With Exercise?

Recommended Posts

What is the craziest things you guys have heard, I recently overheard someone at my gym talking about hair loss and how exercise could improve blood circulation and stop hair loss. I was tempted to interject and explain why that's not really possible, but I figured hey if that motivates someone to get fit and healthy who am I to say anything haha. I'd love to hear some stories, so guys feel free to share.

Standing on your head or using some apparatus to turn you upside down so blood flows in the direction of your head. Heard this throughout my career a number of times.

at HLC they suggest not training for 4 weeks because they are scared that the blood goes from scalp to arms and legs.
Obviously this is completely non sense.
But it is funny to see that gym maniac suggest that WL increase hair density and lazy people think that WL think can be harmful for hair growth!
