Dr. Rahal
30 year old patient came in to restore his receded hairline and receded temples. Dr. Rahal designed a hairline without dropping the front, and adding density and adjusting the lateral temple angles part of the hairline. This allows more styling options. Only 1810 grafts were used at a density of 55 grafts per cm². Surgery type FUT Zones Treated 1 and 2 Grafts Transplanted 1810 grafts Recipient Graft Density 55 grafts/cm² Recipient Hair Density 109 hairs/cm² Graft breakdown Single Hair 400 grafts Two Hair 1010 grafts Three Hair 400 grafts Four Hair 0 grafts TOTAL GRAFTS 1810 grafts TOTAL HAIRS 3620 hairs HAIRS PER GRAFT 2.0 hairs/graft Edited January 15, 2019 by Dr. Rahal Rahal Hair Transplant Clinic - Answers to questions and posts using this account are strictly opinions and not to be considered medical advice. Regular Member JohnRoss Posted January 16, 2019 Regular Member Share Posted January 16, 2019 Absolutely FIRST CLASS work time and again from Dr Rahal. I have noticed however that Dr R seems to be using smaller graft numbers than he used to?

That said, the before photos all show the hair when wet or perhaps gelled. The after shots are with the hair completely dry and longer. Makes the comparison more difficult.
Senior Member VicTNYC Posted January 16, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted January 16, 2019 Very good result. What is the result time frame? Why compare wet before photos to dry post photos, not a proper representation to be honest.
Jamothee
This is ridiculously good. Bravo. You can see where the original hairline design line had been drawn and the higher hairline actually works a lot better. Guy must be blown away. As mentioned above, the wet vs dry comparison isn't ideal Edited January 17, 2019 by Jamothee Added last paragraph
Senior Member Aftermath Posted January 17, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted January 17, 2019 I bet the before looks good dry...
Senior Member Kiwi Guy Posted January 18, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted January 18, 2019 Some above posters do make a good point in the before and after photos being different due to wet/ dry hair, is this the norm?

It should be standardised imo, completely unfair comparison
Raker
Don’t entirely agree with the before & after images but all in all it looks very good.
