Senior Member Baldrick101 Posted January 14, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted January 14, 2019 Hello all I am having a touch up of about 400 grafts in an area that didn't grow in the hairline as well as hoped. The doc said he would do it unshaven, stick and place. I have only been able to book a few days off work this time, so I'm wondering about how it will look. My main concern is the donor area at the back rather than the recipient area. Is there anyone out there who has had a similar op? Do they generally shave a wide strip area on the back or multiple shaved strip areas? (If that makes sense) Any experience much appreciated. I'll contact the clinic to see if they have any info too. Senior Member Gasthoerer Posted January 14, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted January 14, 2019 I did not have a touch up, but a 400 FU test case. They shaved a small strip which I could cover with my native hair. Before the surgery I skipped one visit to the barber to get some extra lenght. 400+ grafts in 2018 and 2900 grafts in 2020 via FUE with Feriduni

Dr. Glenn Charles
With only 400 grafts being taken from the donor area a very small area should be shaven which should be able to be covered easily with a little hair from above.
