Hi, 

This patient wanted to treat hair line and crown in the same procedure. Taking into account his donor characteristics, Dr. Alcaide proposed a conservative hair line design so he could use more grafts in the crown to improve the coverage. 

The images show the result at 7 months so we expect more yield in the next months.

May I ask, it appears as though the texture of the hair appears different in that last photo. A little dry as though it may have some product through it, as it also appears quite a bit darker. It is a significant transformation for such a modest graft count. The patient must be very pleased. Well done to all involved.

Thanks a lot for your comments. As far as I know the patient did not use any product when he came to the clinic at 7 months. The lighting can be a little bit different since I believe the surgery was done in our previous facilities, and that may create that perception.
