Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and midhead region. 2. Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation to restore the vertex area. 3. Medical therapy with Finasteride 1mg since June 2016. Performed procedures 1st procedure (April 27th, 2017) Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation with 3015 FU * 400 single hair FU * 1035 double hair FU * 1580 triple and quadriple hair FU 2nd procedure (October 2nd, 2018) Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation with 2541 FU * 181 single hair FU * 2360 double and triple hair FU Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.85 mm). Extraction performed with a 0.8mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.
