• Donor density of 88 FU/cm² occipital, 82 FU/cm² parietal, 80 FU/cm² temporal
• Hair diameter of ~52-56 microns

 

Treatment plan

1. Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and midhead region. 
2. Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation to restore the vertex area.
3. Medical therapy with Finasteride 1mg since June 2016.

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.85 mm).
Extraction performed with a 0.8mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. 

No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.
