BHRClinic
BHR Clinic Dr. Christian BISANGA Age: 36 Technique: FUE Medication: No Donor densities: 70 FUs/cm2 Hair Caliber: Medium Fine Total FU used:- 5976 * FU breakdown:- 1s 898 2s 2388 3s 2271 4s 419 TOTAL: 5976 That means 5976 FU = 14.163 Hairs. Average = 2,37 hairs/FU. The goal of these surgeries was to cover the whole top area on this NW-5 patient. With that on mind, Dr. Bisanga proposed 2 surgeries: the 1st one focused on frontal and part of mid area. On 2nd one, main goal was the crown and we also lowered both temples, reinforcing part of 1st surgery as well. Final pictures show the current result after 6 months from last procedure, so it can improve during the following months. Pre-Post Surgery 1st procedure - 2017 Pre-Post Surgery 2nd procedure - 2018 6 Months post-op 2nd procedure Before - After Kind regards, BHR Clinic http://www.bhrclinic.com info@bhrclinic.com

Senior Member paddyirishman Posted March 4, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted March 4, 2019 Excellent results. Great sense to go with a very conservative hairline to begin with as the overall plan was to cover a large area. Can always add if patient wants in second op which you have done. Patient is not taking any medication either which didnt hinder any growth which just goes to show a great op is a great op.Well done to all the team at BHR. How many more grafts for a similar patient with the same doner density of 70 fu cm2 and hair caliber and same pattern of baldness would be left in the doner area to give for any potential future op.? Thanks BHR CLINIC ...........Paddy.
Raphael84
This is one of my favourite documentations I can remember seeing. It is not the typical wow high density hairline that is generally focused on, but this patient obviously had extensive hairloss. The hairline after the first procedure was mature and reserved. I like that this was touched up in the second procedure. The crown has experienced huge improvement and this is all only at 6 months post op of the second session. Incredible! What a transformation! BHRClinic
Hi all, Thank you very much for the comments. As far as I know, the patient did not request to work the temple points. The main goal of the patient was to cover the extensive hair loss, so probably he prefers to keep the available grafts for the future in case the crown drops or similar. Do not forger that he already used 6000 FUE grafts, so his donor is already limited. BHRClinic
Hi Paddy, Apologies since I forgot to comment your post. Each can can be different, but after 6000 FUE grafts I'd say that the patient may still have around 500-1000+ grafts, depending also on how well donor area recovers. A good yield on recipient area is not the only goal of a surgery, but avoiding depletion or trauma on donor as well.
