Bald Rick
Hi everyone, I was hoping I could get some advice about travelling overseas for a procedure. Surgeons here in Australia are very expensive and it's very hard to find much feedback on them. So I'm looking at heading abroad. I'm leaning heavily towards Dr Bhatti in India. He has lots of good reviews and his prices are very reasonable. I could also catch the Aussies playing cricket over there if I time it right. All sounds a bit too good to be true though. Dr Path in Thailand is also an option, he also has many good reviews. The other thing I'm confused about is whether I should seek to have FUE or FUT? Dr Path recommend FUT, while Dr Bhatti only offers FUE. I'm Norwood 3V, and been told I need around 2400 - 2700 grafts. Any advice appreciated. Senior Member Speegs Posted October 15, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted October 15, 2018 (edited) Head to North America. Dr. Gabel is on the West Coast in Portland, Oregon and Hasson & Wong in Vancouver, those are elite surgeons easily accessible from Australia in a single non-stop plane ride.
