Looks like you had poor growth and you are losing additional hair.  The hairline is waaaaay too low.

I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians.

Dr. Soni thinks it was a great idea. That's why he pressured me for 40 min to let him lower it. How this scumbag made it to the list of recommended doctors here blows my mind.

Ya I thought the results with Dr. Wong were okay just needed a little density which is what I gone to get filled a little more. I was only thinking of getting maybe 800-1000 grafts more to fill the previous hairline. But I'm such an idiot for letting Dr. Suneet convince me to lower the hairline. Probably the worst decision of my life ever. Lost $8000, 1 year of sanity, and a good hairline. Anyways I also think harvesting from the new 'hairline' is the best option. I don't know if it will scar my forhead though where the extraction occurs. I will go to Dr. Wong to get a consulation. I'm not sure how good they are at doing FUE since they just started doing it recently. But I have no other option now because he's the closest one and doesn't require a flight and a stay in a hotel for me to do it. The most convenient option and least time consuming. Hopefully they are good at FUE as well and can harvest the hair without leaving big visible marks.

Hey mate, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I thought your hair looked really good before this procedure, but that's just from an outsider looking in.

If I were to offer my opinion, I would say that particularly based on this experience I would not include the words 'convenient' or 'least time consuming' when thinking about any repair work. I would be looking at getting the best result possible, no matter how convenient or time consuming, as if it is done right then you won't have to spend all that time every day obsessing about how you are unhappy with the result and all the anxiety that comes with it, just for the sake of a flight and a few days in a hotel. You can get on with your life and never have to think about it again.

If looking at graft extraction then go to the best of the best and get it done properly. I have not had any personal experience with Dr Konior but from what I have heard he is an outstanding surgeon and has mastered the art of FUE, so maybe a consult with him to see what is possible would be worth the time. Just my opinion but I wish you the best of luck and I know that if researched properly, you can achieve a good result and can move on with your life.

Ya I also wish I had not gotten another HT. All i wanted was to fill it up a little and I ended up in his office with him pressuring me to lower my hairline. I should've stood up for myself and told him more firmly I don't want to lower it. Worst mistake of my life. What do you think of Dr. Rahal for FUE? I used to see a lot of results from him and they were all really good.

I would personally speak to Konior, see what he has to say about your situation. He is very honest and upfront.

What is done is done regarding your past procedure. All you can do now is focus your energy on creating a plan to move forward so you can achieve a result you are content with.

I would schedule a consultation with Konior, Dr. Rahal, and Dr. Ron Shapiro. It sucks where you're at man. I've been there. You can fix this though. Maybe I missed it? But have you asked for a refund from the other clinic? You can use that towards getting this fixed.

Really sorry to hear, mate.

The results are simply not up to the standard people expect.

I hope you can find a solution, or at least move it back to the second HT

I would be eager to find out H&W's perspective on the initial HT, and Soni's on the second, as you deserve to know.

Best of luck dude, fingers crossed for you!

The fact that the Doctor did not respond to his patient on his (this) thread in over two months, YET, he keeps posting results of other patients results he’s cherry-picked in the surgeon page speaks volumes and is a cautionary example for any people considering the doctor or his clinic.
