Hair transplant bhatti 2600 grafts 6 months

Hi guys I had fue in India by dr bhatti. I had 1800 scalp grafts, 400 chest grafts and 400 beard grafts. What do you guys think for 6 months ? The density seems quite low . I was advised for SMP after too.I have attached some photos post op and 6 months . I was also advised I will need a further operation after this one in a years time

Not great. Why so low number of scalp hair? Non-scalp hair (especially chest) is never going to look great.

 The dr said he couldn’t extract anymore . Do you think there’s more improvement left??!

Do you have any pre op pictures? Honestly, for that amount of grafts you will not get the desired density because you had a lot of scalp to cover. What were your expectations?

To cover that much of your head you would have needed a hell of a lot more grafts.  In my opinion around 7000 grafts or more.

I think for the amount of grafts you received, it looks about rite.  There is no way possible you would have got a 'full head of hair' with just 2600.  This must have been discussed with you ?

How many grafts did the doctor say you have available in your donor area ?  A second transplant would give you more density of course.  But if you have limited donor, maybe a better plan would have been to concentrate on the front to frame your face.  This is something you'd need to discuss with your doctor.

Unfortunately, you're still going to have to use Toppik fo now.

I don’t understand. So if I have another hair transplant for example next year placed on top of my current grafts wouldn’t I lose my existing grafts from shock loss etc . Because it’s like a diffuse thinning.

For 2600 grafts across the whole scalp and 6 months in this is probably what you can expect. You don't need an extra 1200 to achieve full coverage without needing to use toppik, you need an extra 5000, and even then there will be thin areas.
