• NW II vertex, Class N
• Donor density of 84-96 FU/cm²
• Hair diameter of ~60-64 microns

 

Treatment plan
• Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and rethickening of the midhead section.

Follicular Unit Extraction Transplantation with 2911 FU

Day 1
* 351 single hair FU
* 618 double hair FU
* 1530 triple hair FU

Day 2
* 156 single hair FU
* 256 double hair FU

 

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.85mm).
Extraction performed with a 0.8mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. 

No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.

Great result! Dense and very natural. But also a quite big number of grafts.

Donor looks untouched though.
