I’ve seen this video before, that is the DHT conundrum, hair everywhere except on your head. Unfortunately, bodyhair in most cases is simply not a suitable resource for donor supply. Growth is usually subpar because it’s difficult to keep the grafts intact when extracting. Additionally, body hair has a different life cycle than hair on your head thus the hair doesn’t grow long, beard hair can be suitable but only if the donor is completely depleted.

He suits have a bald head, and he appears to be very comfortable in his own skin, so I would suggest that in fact, he doesn't need a BHT. Good on him.
