Dr. Nakatsui, 3461 grafts, frontal scalp

[Dr. Thomas Nakatsui]

This is a patient who had fairly diffuse thinning from the vertex to the frontal hairline. His primary concern was his frontal scalp and hairline, so we transplanted 3461 grafts to the frontal scalp. He received 939 single grafts, 1958 double grafts, and 564 triple grafts. Of interest, he also had a cowlick along the right hairline that we ended up following.

 

He came in for follow-up last week and these are his photos approximately 16 months post-op. He is very happy with the results and now wants to do the rest of the thinned areas and he has sufficient donor area to do so.
