Hi i'm italian and i did a fue with dr feriduni. Now i'm at 2 month and 26 days, this phase is very difficult and i 'm very worried because until now i had no regrowth. I hope it will be a great result but now i'm worried.

These are my pics, any suggestion?

You're lucky that despite your clear lack of research you still ended up with a top-end surgeon.

For the vast majority at 2 months and 25 days they can expect absolutely no visible change. A substantial number have virtually no growth until late in the third month. Absolutely no worries four months if you have no cosmetic improvement.

thank your for your answer but... "despite your clear lack of research" (??)

I have begun to search a good surgeon for my hairs since 2012 , so i did many and many reserches.

I know that dr feriduni is very good , is just that not to see no hair yet, isn't good .I know that the most people see regrowth to begin from 3 month and 15 days, but someone see regrowth before, also 2 month and 15 days, i just hoped to be one of those.

I was the same in that from close to three months and onwards I found very stressful, but realistically those you're looking at who had good growth at around 3 months are outliers. It happens, but it isn't the norm and its easy but unrealistic to focus on the lucky ones who have early growth. Up until four months very little is conclusive.

In my case I'd say there was clear movement about a week before the 4 month mark. But it didn't look good by any means. I felt in the clear at around the 6 month mark, but looking back on those photos it doesn't look too good at that point either, 8-9 was close to a final result with minor improvement trickling in from beyond that point.

So don't worry AT ALL about growth until 4 months, and if it looks like shit right up to 7 months but at least has reasonable growth, that isn't a problem either.

OP did you read the booklet that the clinic gives you? Did you listen to the Doc when he goes through all of this with you? Have you read the countless other threads and other literature out there? 2 months is nothing. And actually, you look very good for 2 months. Better than most I would say. I kind of feel for Dr F at this point because there have been other posts with people with unwarranted complaints at the early stages.

I Know most patients are neurotic anyway and likely have bd but try not to think about it for a while.

This isn't a complaint....

I's just a sharing of my route, and obviously in this phase there is also much anxiety...

hi guys, now i'm at 5th month exactly. What do you think about my situation?

In your opinion, how many graft i would need to stay good? I think i need about 600 uf , but i could be wrong. After 5 month, can i expect me regrowth of 500-600 uf yet?

thank you for your answer.

Yes , sure my hair will become thicker in the newx months, but i think that i need abosultely more new hairs ( about 500-600 u.f. , so not only thickeness) to equalize my native density, don't you think?

It will never be thick as your native hair because your native hair has more grafts/hair than the transplanted area. It can however give the illusion that it is as dense. Most doctors advise you to wait up until a year to 18 months before your transplanted hairs are fully grown out, so you never know in a few months time you might be happy with the density.

Disagree you should expect a full 18 month wait, the reality is that 95% of patients hit their peak around 10-12. In the current moment for 5 months it looks solid. Mine looked worse than yours at 5 months, still huge movement likely to come up to 7 months.

With fairly uniform growth that looks good in dull lighting at 5 months as in your case chances are it will turn out well.
