Smp maintenance costs (touch ups)

Hello guys,

 

Today I went to consultation in an smp clinic. The guy told me that the treatment will cost about 1500usd and touchups every 1-2 years will cost 200$.

It sounds fair, but the thing is that I'm about to leave the country soon so I might need to do touchups at another clinic.

 

I'm wondering if this price for touchup is low because the guy wants me to stay loyal, or just becuae it costs much less if I still have some of the ink on my scalp.

 

What do you think? Does it make a difference in your experience if you do the touchups in a different clinic?
