Some of the Possible Side Effects described about taking Finasteride is it can lead to Prostate Cancer and can develop Male Breasts is what I have read ! How true are these side effects ? Does it really do this ? If yes, after taking for how long can this happen ? Are there any studies on this ?

Especially the first one (cancer) is a misquote from the studies.

Finasteride does not cause prostate cancer, it can however make it harder to detect, in regards to gynocomastea, yes it can occur it’s a possible side effect, finasteride essentially blocks the conversion of testosterone to DHT, however the conversion to estrogen will still occur, this side effect is rare, and probably the least reported side effect I’ve seen anecdotally.
