Is it normal for the redness to look uneven? One side looks like it goes up higher than the other one? Or maybe one side is just more red? Ive attaches a pic. Maybe I’m just overthinking it lol:confused:

I think you're overthinking it, but I do see what you're talking about. :) The right side of the photo looks like the redness/recipient area isn't as low, but I think that's a combination of the angle and also the fact that you have more hair on that side of the forelock which is probably contributing to the illusion.

 

This is also assuming that your surgeon made the hairline symmetrical, which I have no reason to doubt. That would be a pretty big oversight if he didn't.

 

Hang tight, avoid the sun, follow your post-op care instructions, and above all - be patient. The waiting game is by far the toughest part. Happy growing!
