This is a 48 years old Patient who wanted to lower his hairline. He did not have a real Hair loss problem for his age, but he wanted to look perfect.

Stephcurry30 this is a good question because there is a specific reason why we do it.

In HDC Clinic we give great importance when creating new hair line in order to look natural and dense. We distribute about 600 hair grafts to the first line in order to achieve this naturalness. For this reason we always punch the two sides above the ear in order to get this natural single hair grafts which are most of the time finer than the one from the back.

So achieving this result as presented has hard work and artistry behind it.

Regarding your second question of how many cm the hair line was lowered, the answer lies in the design photos.

As you can see his natural hair line was not actually lowered as it was already low. We filled up the thinning area above his natural hair line for about 2-3cm.
