Senior Member ej Posted February 24, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 24, 2018 Looks good and has the confidence to go full face with pictures as well. I think this helps show the entire result. Donor extraction pattern looks great, you can see the extractions above the ears to grab those single fine hairs for the natural hairline. ej
Senior Member Legend007 Posted February 24, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 24, 2018 How does ur whole hair seems so thick n high , with just a hairline transplant ? Did the native hairs also grew thicker or something? That’s what I notice with transplant , before the whole hair looks flat n thin when they hand frontal recession .. then with just a hairline transplant , it seems like the whole head of hair seems nice n thick .. .. Is this the normal outcome ? It’s what makes me want to get a transplant .. right now I’m a Norwood 2 .. losing that frontal hair has made my whole hair seems flat n ugly. So are u happy with ur transplant ? Any lingering redness ? Or bumpy skin ? U lookin great again now , before u looked average .. now u a good lookin man again , congrats
Senior Member Ernie Posted February 25, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 25, 2018 How does ur whole hair seems so thick n high , with just a hairline transplant ? Did the native hairs also grew thicker or something?.. Is this the normal outcome ? It’s what makes me want to get a transplant .. I think it’s important to note that this patient appears to have very coarse hair. For me, I needed 4000 (!) grafts to get a dense hairline Legend, is your hair coarse or fine? 3185 FUT with Dr. Rahal on 2/17/16 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/182611-fut-3185-dr-rahal-day-after-pics.html 1204 FUT with Dr. Rahal on 3/27/17 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/186586-round-2-rahal-1204-fut-frontal-third-same-area.html ---> total of 4389 grafts to my frontal third via FUT ---> 1mg finasteride daily since 1999
Senior Member ej Posted February 25, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 25, 2018 I think it is more to do with an excellent surgical plan from the outset. Here are the details provided by the clinic; HR Clinic Dr. Christian BISANGA Age: 31 Technique: FUE Medication: Minoxidil on the past Donor densities: 80 FUs/cm2. Mostly 2 hairs per FU Miniaturization on donor area: No Hair Caliber: Medium-Fine Previous surgeries: No Total FU used:- 2531 You can see that from the clients age and norwood level this procedure has been well planned. His average hairs per graft are very good whilst his calibre is medium fine. He has no problems in the donor area if he needs further work down the line. I think the yield has been excellent, combined with the natural hair in the forelock remaining very strong, this you can see in the first picture. The client now wears his hair longer in the last picture which adds to the density with this particular hair style. ej

U lookin great again now , before u looked average .. now u a good lookin man again , congrats Dear Legend007, As far as I know, the patient was very pleased with the final outcome. As EJ pointed, he had good hair characteristics. I would highlight the "wavy" kind of hair he has since that helps in terms of coverage and density. We were in touch with the patient during the whole process and never mentioned anything about redness or skin a such. If it helps, the patient wrote this about his procedure: I have to admit that choosing Dr. Bisanga for my procedure was a very good decision. Thanks again to all BHR Clinic team who made me feel very comfortable Best regards, BHR Clinic http://www.bhrclinic.com info@bhrclinic.com
Senior Member BjornBorg Posted February 28, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 28, 2018 Looks like the left side was lagging even at 10 months, but then it caught up. Incredible result, one of the best hairlines I've seen. Congrats to the patient and the team! My results - 2486 grafts FUE
