Senior Member bennyt89 Posted February 16, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 16, 2018 In particular running/jogging, taking into account I come from a very hot and humid place so there's a lot of sweat involved too. Getting a bit restless sitting in my ass doing nothing, prior to surgery I would exercise every day. My stomach agrees as I've put on a few pounds too !! I know it's not the end of the world but I'd like to get up and active asap if possible. All I'm doing right now is exercising my playstation thumbs. My own doc says 2 weeks for any physical activity but use common sense. What are your thoughts guys?
Senior Member mattj Posted February 16, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 16, 2018 Running isn't as much of an issue as something like weight lifting as it doesn't cause the same straining. However, I would wait the full 2 weeks as instructed. Judging from when you posted your question about shedding 6 days post-op I don't think you have many days to go before then. Senior Member E39 Posted February 16, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 16, 2018 Follow your doc. 2 weeks is reasonable.
Senior Member KO Posted February 16, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 16, 2018 After 9 days, the grafts are firmly rooted, so you're probably safe to go then? 2 weeks sounds reasonable though. 3382 FUE Lupanzula http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/185463-3382-grafts-lupanzula.html
Senior Member aWidowsPeek Posted February 16, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 16, 2018 I had sex for about 45 minutes the night of my 2nd procedure lol Couldn't resist that big hotel bed. All of my grafts grew in fine
