Pimple on HT area

Hi,

 

Hope someone can respond quickly to this as I have a pimple that's just appeared at the front of my HT area and was wondering what I should do?

I've been washing my hair daily but now have just noticed it, I will stop using using Minoxidil until it's gone. Is there anything else i can do to get it to go quickly?

My partner has some salicylic acid which she uses on spots and was wondering if i could use that or if that would be a bad thing to do?

Totally normal and very common. I would just leave it alone until it goes away, mine usually disappeared after 2-3 days, and I continued to use Rogaine foam even when I had the pimples.

Its usually just advised to put a warm wet compresses on it a few times a day and they'll eventually just pass. If you notice more than a few in a given area then it might be advisable to get it checked out but at a single pimple stage compresses will be enough.

I don't see anything on your post about how far along you are in your hair transplant. However, it looks like you are only a few weeks to 1 to 2 months. In that case, this is very normal so you don't have to worry :-).

Thanks for the responses, I'm just coming up to 2 months. Fortunately it's almost settled down completely over the course of yesterday without using anything which is a relief.
