Looking for advice: Norwood III Vertex

I am a 31 years old male from Southern Europe and I have been facing hair loss problems for 5 year now, yet, I manage to style my hair in a way that hides this problem pretty reasonably, at least when it comes to the receding hairline.

 

So, hair loss did not bother that much until some friends of mine about one year ago started noticing some thinning around my crown, well, I knew I was losing hair but I had not realised it was so serious.

 

Last week, I finally took the decision to have my hair cut really short so that I could clearly assess at what stage I was and I must admit it really frighten the hell out of me. I believe I am currently a Norwood III Vertex but I would like your opinion on that matter.

 

Anyway, I found out this amazing forum about 6 months ago and I have been an avid reader, mainly, the threads describing the patient point of view/experience/results during an hair transplant. I know I will definitely go that way too, but I need some time to do my research and to get feedback from several physicians in order to cross validate their opinion.

 

Meanwhile, I am going to start taking Finasteride, more specifically, PROSCAR in order to prevent further loss.

 

To start out, I would like an honest opinion on the number of grafts you think I will need so that I can get an idea of how much money this hair transplant will cost me and to use it as a baseline for next graft quotes - follows several pictures at the end of the thread with highlighted regions denoting the hypothetical recipient area based on my expectations.
