Advice for a high Norwood

Long time hair loss sufferer here. Started thinning at 17-18 and have the past years been on propexia and rogaine. Was able to maintain ok up until my 29th birthday when hair suddenly started shedding again. Upped the juice and included dutasteride twice a week + topical spiro daily. After three months hair shedding stopped, however got gynecomastia so had to drop medication. Seems I can not even tolerate finasteride anymore on its own, have even tried topical finasteride but immediately flares up the gyno inflammation.

 

 

So... pretty sick of this, was doing ok for many years but now all hair loss stress is back. Have looked in to surgery many times before, but have always been afraid that it would leave me even worse off with a dismal result and scars - which would put me in an even worse situation. Therefore also very weary about FUT. As at least FUE scarring is not so apparent.

 

Have a nw6-7 pattern. Actually pretty identical the guy in the link below, just a bit more ledt on top now. But without meds will be very similar in a few months. (link back to hair loss talk removed - sorry we don't allow links back to there because they don't allow links back to us)

 

Have also seen a lot of high norwoods that seem to get ok results from severla places, one of them that seems pretty common is eugenix in india. They have also said they would do surgery on me.

But seeking your advice who are the best surgeons and what is the best approach for someone in my situation?
