I'll upload some pics of where I am coming up to 8 months. It looks great. The waiting is so frustrating but honestly just trust in the surgery and wait. It's boring but it'll come good. Senior Member wheretogo Posted March 21, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted March 21, 2018 (edited) thanks it's all still red/pink and most of the hair shed already, so it's pretty ugly right now, haven't buzzed my donor area yet, kinda nervous to harm the hair. doesn't use any kind of meds, but i'm taking MSM (currently 500 mg but i will increase to 1000 next month) and biotin 500 mcg (will increase it to 5000 to give a boost). i'm taking also B12 and vitamin D supplements (since before the HT), drinks vegetables juice everyday, eat almonds,walnuts, pumpkin seed and Flaxseed. still using their shampoo twice a day although it is going to run out. until when should i wash my head twice a day with low stream?
