pimple on recipient area

I'm 4 weeks post op from a hair transplant and I've gotten two pimples on the recipient area, should I pop them ? I think there's a graft growing through one of them. Will they damage the surrounding grafts ?

Or just apply a blob of Germolene to cover the pimple and loosely stick a piece of surgical tape over the top at night. In most cases the pimple will have gone/shrunk by the morning.

 

This worked for me and for many other patients.
