Senior Member jjsrader Posted January 4, 2018 Senior Member Posted January 4, 2018 Is this a modified 'hockey puck' frontal restoration? With patient using this hairline part (from his left to right) going forward? I like the idea even though it is subtle (which is the point, right)? He gets the assymetrical 'weight' on the right side that then lays down with the way he styles his hair OR Did you symmetrically recreate his frontal hairline?

There were slightly larger FUE grafts placed on the patient's left side (the part side) i.e., left-weighted, but the hairline was lowered more on the patient's right. Yes, the restoration was intentionally kept slightly asymmetric to keep it looking natural.
