I wasn't sure if this was the correct section to post this in but I was wondering if I should be worried about my crown and my back cowlick. I like to think it seems pretty normal but i'm not sure and wanted others opinion. Here are two pictures under direct light and the other in normal room lighting.

Second photo shows no scalp at all and on the basis of that photo alone, I would say that you aren't experiencing hairloss. But the first photo is a different story and illustrates how different lighting can be important for judging photos. It does appear to show some slight thinning at your crown, but nothing major. Treatment wise, at most I would recommend trying Minoxidil (Rogaine) with the understanding that you have to commit to the treatment to see continued results.

To be honest it's pretty hard to advise you accurately from those pics. The first pic suggests possible thinning at the crown. If you feel it is, I'd suggest you monitor it by taking pics every few months under consistent lighting conditions to look for any subtle changes.
