looking for a good hair styling product which also helps protect/regrow hair?

I’m looking for a good hair styling product which also helps protect/regrow hair. The formula should provide some moisture and separation to provide a nice consistent look to my hair, prevent flyaways, etc. Should provide a bit of gloss or maybe you can recommend an additional product to spray on top for that purpose. Product should be odorless or the odor should dissipate fairly quickly. Or the product can have a very subtle, pleasant odor.

 

I currently use a spray-in formula similar to M82 mixed by Murray Avenue Apocarthy. Overall, this actually does a pretty good job at styling my hair, except the product dries with a white residue so I can’t use it for that purpose :. I’m guessing that others here have probably gone down this same road, looking for an additional way to optimize their hair care routine. What kind of concoctions have you tried for this?
