Akky007 Posted December 8, 2017 Posted December 8, 2017 Hi all I had FUE done by Dr Bhatti in 23 Nov (approx 1500 follicles) for hairline. Today is approx day 15, and a lot of scabs have started come off. The only concern is that almost every scab that has come off has at least 1-2 hair follicles in it. I have emailed Dr Bhatti, and awaiting his reply. But I wanted to know your experiences if possible. Just concerned that I am loosing my hair grafts. I have attached photos. Thank you in advance
Senior Member gillenator Posted December 8, 2017 Senior Member Posted December 8, 2017 When the scabbing and crusting comes off post-op, the graft hair typically comes out with it. And that's what it looks like, just the graft hair that came off with the crusts. Congrats on your recent procedure... Senior Member Speegs Posted December 11, 2017 Senior Member Posted December 11, 2017 Looks normal , don't sweat it, this is a universal anxiety. Rule of thumb is no blood then no worries, and after 10 days you're in the clear anyhow unless you traumatize the scalp. Hair loss patient and transplant veteran. Once a Norwood 3A.
