34 year old patient with a class 5V hair loss pattern was requesting hair restoration with hairline reconstruction and realistic appearing density. Much attention was given to the creation of the temporal parietal angles to match the patient's natural facial framework. Reasonable crown restoration was given to the crown & lateral humps to anticipate future hair loss. 3286 FU were utilized. The patient brought earlier photos to ensure that I would evaluate his goals and expectations.

The photos shown are pre-op and 11 months post-op. This patient is extremely pleased with his results.

Very nice and dense looking result. Intrigued to as to why the patient doesn't brush his hair back? His front seems to be dense enough to be able to handle it

Regardless of hairstyle, he should be very pleased
