I've attached photos with and without flash to help give perspective. Right now I am seeing more and more little guys sprout through, redness is almost completely gone in the recipeitnet area, donor area still a little pink but nothing crazy! I think as long as you find a good balance then stick with it love the idea of wheatgrass! I start my day with lemon water and 16oz of celery juiced. Great for digestion and absorption of minerals. what dosage of biotin you take each day? i grow the wheatgrass, cut, squeeze and freeze it. Not going to shave down to a 0 guard for a while now. Going to probably grow it out for a little bit as the hairs seem to be sprouting through more and more! Will post again at day 90 and see how things are changing. The thin whispy hairs are getting thicker and longer! It's crazy to see how much is changing daily! Alot more micro hairs coming through and getting thicker! Now I kind of wished I went with a slightly straighter/lower hairline but my opinion may change as the hair grows thicker and I can style it, time will tell! I'm on Day 82 and I am seeing lots of little hair sprouting. It's a joy seeing them grow. My temples are really improving fast, however the improvement on the crown is kinda slow but I see mini changes as well. Patience is the key! I keep reminding myself to not stress a lot! The nurse injected plasma through tiny injections about 1 to 2 mm deep...my question is will these damage my transplanted follicles? And will I see faster better results? More and more wispy hairs as well as a lot more that are maturing and gaining pigment. Starting to look slightly more and more human! It's a very interesting journey for sure and can't really be measured on a day to day basis. Looking through photos on a 5 day to 7 day basis I can see so much changing!
