This patient is a 38-year old male whose main concern were the deep front-temporal recessions. The patient had 3872 grafts placed via the strip harvest method. The photographs and video show the 7-month results after the second procedure.

no offence but i see minimal difference for the vast amount of grafts used. for 4000, you can literally cover the entire frontal area.

Fine haired candidates with fair skin are a challenge, I should know, because I'm one of them.


That's a drastically beneficial hairline for this patient, believe me, Dr. Gabel has been a wiz with density for fine haired people, who require more grafts than most to get a satisfying density.
