Note that over the course of the four years since his first procedure, much of the original hair on the top of his scalp has been lost leaving him mainly with transplanted hair on the top of his scalp. Because of his low donor density and fine hair, he has relatively light, but natural coverage.

Cosmetically, i'd be expecting a better result for that amount of grafts.

Reasonable comment, but his donor density was only 1.6 hairs/mm2 and his donor area continued to thin a bit over time - as did his hair transplant. I presented this as an example of very light coverage making and older person (with modest expectations) quite satisfied.
