Ulacher sues Dr Charles

Recommended Posts

Isn't this one of the approved hair transplant surgeons on this site, that plead "no contest" to two misdemeanor counts of aiding the unlicensed practice of medicine in 2013? Dr. Charles seems like a nice guy and appears to get good surgery results, but it is certainly troubling to see his name coming up again in the legal system. I hope this most recent incident involving the retired NFL player is not true.

Dr. Dow Stough - 1000 Grafts - 1996

Dr. Jerry Wong - 4352 Grafts - August 2012

Dr. Jerry Wong - 2708 Grafts - May 2016

Remember a hair transplant turns back the clock,

but it doesn't stop the clock.

Guys,

Instead of speculating about this issue, I will be contacting Dr. Charles for an explanation and will be responding when I get it. In the meantime, please remember there are two sides to every story and lets not add fuel to something we know nothing about.

Best wishes,

Bill

Guys,

I spoke with Dr. Charles and frankly, his response makes perfect sense. Below is his response...

Hello HTN members,

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to address the situation at hand.

I, as most hair doctors do, have an informational blog on my website here:

http://www.charlesmedicalgroup.com/blog/

A blog post was made by our website management company on January 11, 2016 regarding FUE Hair Transplantation, mentioning Brian Urlacher(by name only), linking back to the source - an Esquire Magazine piece on his procedure which included a video by the doctor that performed his procedure. http://www.esquire.com/sports/news/a40998/brian-urlacher-hair/

At no time did we use his image, any quotes from Urlacher, any photos of Urlacher or claim to have performed his procedure or use his name or likeness in any advertising.

There are several other hair blogs, currently active, that make detailed mention of Urlacher’s hair restoration process.

Dr. Glenn Charles
