That's a lot of grafts for the amount of hair loss.


I see that quote quite often, but many things need to be taken into consideration for a case to be "too many grafts."


Like future loss, hairline height, density of result, caliber of hair, honesty of photography, etc.


When you see a case that is 1500 grafts that totally looks like restored a NW4, it is just not honest documentation.


I can easily see 3000 grafts in the frontal 3rd and 2500 in the crown in this case. It may be a lot of grafts, but its not too many. It takes a lot of grafts to do this.
