New Hairline for the Holiday Season. 36-Year-Old Man (2292 grafts): Carlos K. Wesley,

Recommended Posts

A 36-year-old man underwent a follicular unit transplantation (FUT) session in which a total of 2292 grafts were done with Dr. Carlos K. Wesley. His primary desire was to “frame his face” more effectively by increasing the density throughout the frontal half of his scalp.

The patient returned one year after his procedure and images of the patient can be seen below.

As with all of Dr. Wesley’s patients, he was NOT required to cut his hair for the procedure. As a result, this patient was able to return comfortably to work and social activities within approximately 10 days of his procedure.

Dr. Wesley,

It's amazing what a subtle difference can make. He previously appeared to be in the beginning of hairline recession and now it looks like he never experienced any hair loss. And the hairline is very natural looking :-).

Keep up the great work!

Best wishes,

Thanks, Bill & hsrp10, for your comments.

Interestingly, this patient claimed that the majority of his grafts never "fell out", but simply grew from the outset. While I'm not sure this was actually true, it may be an indication of less "shock" to the follicles during the transplantation process.
