V (2nd FUT) - Donor density of 84 FU/cm2 in the occipital region and 76 FU/cm2 in the parietal region - Hair diameter of ~54-58 microns Treatment plan: - Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation to reconstruct the entire hairline, central core, temporal peaks and beginning bridge - 2nd Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation to add density to zone the hairline, central core and vertex Performed procedures 1st procedure (June 6th, 2008): A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 2000 FU * 579 single hair FU * 995 double hair FU * 426 triple hair FUE Trichophytic Closure technique in double layer suture; Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.7 mm – 0.9mm). 2nd procedure (February 28th, 2013): A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 3963 FU * 497 single hair FU * 2945 double hair FU * 521 triple hair FU Trichophytic Closure technique in double layer suture; Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (~Cutting Edge blades of 0.7 mm – 0.9mm).
