This 42 year old gentleman came to me with general thinning from the hairline to the crown. His hair loss can progress to a class 5 pattern. His goal was to transplant into his pre-existing hairline and add density into the frontal ? of his head. The goal was also to make sure that it was age appropriate for him now and would also look good as he continued to age. The patient wanted to be able to comb his hair back without any detection of scalp showing in the frontal ? of his head. It was explained to him that there was a possibility that he could lose more of his own hair down the road and would possibly need another session if it thinned more. These are his results at the 5 and 8 month mark after 3,857 grafts.
