Regular Member hairfix Posted October 14, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted October 14, 2016 I had a hair transplant 2 years ago, it looks ok if its not too light but i still think it looks bad and i need a second procedure to fix that. especially my right temple looks very fake. I cant go to the barber cuz my ht looks too fake. I know that it cant reach the natural density of my hair. I just want it to look undetectable. Like the FUE scars. I have thought of this the past 3 months due to a photo which someone in my family took of me. I could clearly see that it wasnt a decent HT. I do not want to lower my hairline any further. I just want my hairline to look natural. Ive talked with Dr.Yaman, and he said i need 1000-1200 grafts. What do you guys think?

Senior Member thatoldchestnut Posted October 14, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 14, 2016 To me personally, it's still difficult to see exactly what you mean. To me it just looks like you have a normal hairline with zero recession. Maybe the pics are not doing it justice.
Senior Member Shampoo Posted October 14, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 14, 2016 I had a hair transplant 2 years ago How many grafts did you have placed in the hair transplant 2 years ago? Senior Member 1978matt Posted October 14, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 14, 2016 Hard to tell but maybe it looks at little pluggy up close. Far from the worst I've seen. Forget Turkey and if staying in Europe go to Bisanga, Feriduni, maybe Devroye (don't know him well) for much higher quality work. Probably up to 1000 grafts needed. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
Regular Member richter101 Posted October 15, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted October 15, 2016 Judging from what I can see, I'm guessing you had a very distinct front hair line, now it's not as distinct. To be honest, it still looks natural and like you were born that way.. but I get it. You can notice, and if it really bothers you than go for a touch up. I'd say 500-600 but I'd research a trusted surgeon in your area. Of course you want to get FUE.
