Looks good Dr. Carman

One day this young patient will fully appreciate your conservative approach preserving all those future donor grafts. :)

Great result. Thanks for showing the pictures with the hair pulled up and the grafts were placed. This should be considered a norm and not an exception.

+1

Extremely frustrating that even some of the more reputable clinics provide post op pictures that don't adquately disclose the final result (admittedly this is sometimes down to patient submitted pics). Even someone with moderate hairloss can achieve a decent look styled!

Nice work and an appropriately modest graft count :)

I have seen too many examples of not showing the after pictures with hair pulled up. Either its a complete comb over or hair covering where the grafts were place. I understand this if the patient is NW6 to 7 but when they are low NW this is my view should be unacceptable. Patients pay a lot of money for surgery and some doctors don't even have a high definition camera or videos to show an honest realistic result. I see doctors post pictures and some posters say wow amazing result even though none of the area is exposed.

I wish there was a standard or even a button on the top of the page which allows you to rate the quality of the photos.

Just my views. Once again thank you Dr. Carmen for your honestly on your after pictures. Great result!
