Dr. Vladimir Panine
This 34 year old gentleman came to me wanting to improve the density in the frontal 1/3 of his scalp. In addition, he wanted to add more density to his crown. I felt that it would be best to concentrate on the frontal 1/3, which we did by putting about 3,000 grafts into this area and placed the remaining grafts (approximately 800 grafts) into his crown. We agreed that he should take finasteride to attempt to stabilize further hair loss, but that there was a possibility that he could lose more hair down the road. If this were to happen, he would need an additional procedure if he wanted to keep the look produced as a result of this procedure.
