Dr. Rahal
Dr. Rahal, 2487 FUT, 19 months post-op This patient was looking for Dr. Rahal to improve his hairline after having a procedure at another clinic. Dr. Rahal and the patient decided to use 2487 grafts FUT (5170 hairs). This allowed Dr. Rahal to lower this patient's hairline and give him the youthful appearance he was looking for. Senior Member thatoldchestnut Posted December 19, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 19, 2015 What was the patient's age? Also, seems an odd choice to note he had FUE into the scar and then not show us.
Senior Member esrec Posted December 19, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 19, 2015 Concerning.
Senior Member RecedingTide Posted December 19, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 19, 2015 Completely irresponsible. Only way you can justify this is if the guy is 50 or he doesn't have mpb.

Think that may be a slight exaggeration
Senior Member Stig Posted December 19, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 19, 2015 Guys why not? based on the one picture, the donor supply looks great, and hopefully he is on Propecia. If that's what he wants, then I say go for it - it must be nice to be able to do that.
Senior Member Stig Posted December 19, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 19, 2015 I would like to see this clinic post more challenging cases on higher NW's. Yes we already know Dr Rahal can knock the ball it of the park when he transplants 2,500 grafts into the hairline - what else you got?
Senior Member matt3480 Posted December 20, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 20, 2015 I swear......when I read some of the comments on here about certain results and doctors being "unresponsible" and the such, I think some of it is jealousy of the patient. This guys looks like he has THICK hair and A LOT of it. That means it won't take many grafts to get him a perfect hairline....whereas for many people they probably will never have this hairline regardless of number of grafts due to the extent of their loss and donor characteristics. You don't know his family history and you don't know if he is on Fin. What is irresponsible (correct usage of the word, by the way) is making comments like that to begin with. Also ironic they are normally made by people have never even had a HT and quite honestly have no clue what they are even talking about (Internet experts).

I genuinely believe the comments here are of sincere concern not jealousy. I know mine was. Going for perfection at an early age is always risky as you have no idea wha the future holds. I cant begin to tell you how many guys I know who had great hair in their 30s and not in their 40s. So long as a substantial surgery isnt needed I couldnt be happier for the guy. It's aggressive. That's all. his choice.
Senior Member Britanium Posted December 20, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 20, 2015 This guy already had a previous procedure. Be curious to know the numbers from that too.
