Looks fantastic spyk, you still have 4 months of growth to, this is a homerun.

Uneventful month 9, except had a haircut early this month.

First 2 are immediately after a visit to the salon with damp hair.

Next 2 are side profiles, at no. 2 blade

Next 4 are with gel in them (first of which with an extra dollop)

Last 4 are everyday usual

3 Mo to Go.

Absolutely fantastic, I see steady improvements still, exciting times, your hair looks great with gel too, normally that's the test of density, can it withstand gel, you past that test with flying colors happy for you spyk.

Thank you HTsoon for your feedback. Your supportive voice has helped during days of doubt; and me along with everyone here appreciates you.

Thank you David. You encouragement helped me take the first step.

Thank you JBlonde. You are on your way. Follow recommendations in Diep's instructions and you will be fine. Obviously there are many knowledgeable and reliable folks here to guide you right, if you have any questions.

Let anyone who have doubt on HT, its benefits, I hope you will be encouraged with my updates. I have found great peace since I started on the journey. My confidence is many-fold multiplied, and it has been the single best decision I ever made, although having procrastinated on it many times.

Find your surgeon; and go for it ..... Peace out until next ..... Gb.

Final update on HT2 with pics over last 3 months with various pics of different styles and hair cuts. The second last one was modified using an app called old age.

Last picture (which I finally found stuck in an email on my intital consulting days) is from where it all began when I took the first step on Dec 25th 2015

Thank you lord for blessing me with resources to fulfill my dream.

Hi Friends,

It has been a year since HT-2, 2 years since HT-1.

As you already know my HT coverage by Dr. Diep was a 3 session strategy - with the advanced IV-V hair loss and a big head.

1751 grafts were placed few days before on to the crown. Initial plan was for 1500.

He was happy with my outcome so far, although he told me I should keep my hair longer to enjoy the hair, rather than keep it short. He took some before and after pics and a video.

I have had a total of 6816 grafts transplanted till now.

I am told I could have around 1500 left.

He has advised me to wait for 3 more years before further procedures, if required.

-because he is developing new tools for improved efficiency

-he is expected to be proficient in beard to hair transplant by then (apparently says he already started doing it)

Picture 1 - prior to procedure 3, crown area

Picture 2 - Dr Diep making an assessment

Picture 3 - no linear scar of FUT, negligible FUE scars

Picture 4 - Watchful eyes

Picture 5 - Transplanted region in fluorescent light

Picture 6 - Transplanted region in natural light

Picture 7 - Donor area post FUE

So now I am in the recovery phase, back home, listening to some good music and taking it easy.

I hope to update every couple of months. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Best wishes.

Looks great! I'm a fellow Diep patient. Exciting news about new tools and beard hair. I'm gonna need another procedure or two as well.

Yep!! Good for all of us.
