I will have my first hair surgery with Dr. Resul Yaman 5th December 2015. I have asked many doctors about my situation and they all suggest about 3500 grafts, including Dr. Yaman. I have used hair fiber for about one year, but my hairline is now very thin and the hair fibers only lay on the skin, so i have to do something about it. My plans is to get 3500 grafts in the area as shown (suggested by Dr. Yaman) and in the future do something more with the top. I have very thick and dense donor area. Dr. Yaman said i had a really good donor area and said he could easily remove 5000 grafts but he recommended me to only 3500 because he said it is enough. He guaranteed me a density of 45 cm2. Transplanted hair: 650 single grafts 1950 double grafts 950 multiple grafts Totally 3550 grafts and app. 7400 hairs. I will take a picture with my professional camera every day for 360 days and make a video of it. For now i want to rest some days and afterwards i will give you a review. I had an transplanted area of 96 cm2. About 45g/cm2 for the front and 35g/cm2 for the mid (not totally bald). I've met people at my work and university. Every one is amazed about the density and the work. I actually met a doctor at my work. He asked me about Dr. Yaman, so he could get a transplant too because of the good work. Dr. Yaman really did a good work on my hairline. It look so natural and like what i had 7 years back. Sleeping was hard at day 5. But thats the only day of pain so far. I got a response back from the clinic and they gave me a great price for 3000 grafts and considering another clinic that has great results but wants 8000 more euros and wanted to put 1500 more grafts. I just put some lotion and babyoil on the scalp, waited for 30 minutes and massaged very slowly. Some hairs came off with the scabs. I asked the doctor and he said follicles stayed inside the channels. It looks like my transplanted area looks thinner now, but i think it is just the shedding. Some white scabs/remaining scalp-oil or dried hair is still on my hair and it is hard. So i have now babyoil on my hair and skin. I will hopefully wash it away later today. My hairline at left side and some at right didn't fell of and grew since day 1. After 1,5 month post operation i switched to 10.000 mcg biotin per day. The process is really really slow and i can not wait for the full result. Sometimes i use Topik Hairfiber and the look of fullness is quite impressive compared to before the op.
