Dr Raghu Reddy Posted November 6, 2015 Share Posted November 6, 2015 49 year old gentleman presented to us with diffuse hair loss with a close resemblance to a Norwood 4 stage of loss. On examination, he had a limited donor and we had to have a strategic plan to use his limited donor. 2107 grafts were extracted using FUE and strategically placed, making sure that we did not traumatise his existing hair.
