On the average you will get about 300 ones in a surgery and those I use on the frontal hair line. I don't cut up grafts as I am afraid the survival rate goes down. The ones are packed in as close as possible to the frontal hair line. I create a one centimeter grid on all my patients so I know exactly how many I am transplanting per centimeter.
