What is the update with your potential lawsuit against these butchers in Colorado?

IT'S ALREADY STARTED :) That's all I can say as of this moment but I'll update you guys as soon as possible ( as you know when lawyers are working on a case first thing they ask is not to talk about the case to anyone, online or in person ) I will post more details as much as I can provide in near future. But for now please allow me to share my happiness with you guys since I got my first repair surgery performed by the great surgeon and good man Dr. Parsa Mohebi and his amazing and professional team.

Thank you everyone and God bless you all.

Please keep me and other victims posted. I have a ton of information I dug up saved to my laptop.

Sure I will. If you think you have some information which can be useful please share it and I forward the information to my lawyer. I have to keep my posts as short as possible since I'm in the middle of lawsuit but I will update everyone as soon as I can.

Thank you in advance .

I PM'd for your email a while back. I have a folder on my computer full of stuff he may find useful. Another victim you and I have been in contact with has a bunch of stuff on his computer too that I'm sure would be helpful.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, there is a guy who was damaged as well by another doctor, and he was able to convince his credit card company that the surgery constituted fraud. The credit card company did a successful charge back and refunded the money to him. I can't guarantee that this will work, but it's worth the effort.

If the doctor was not present and the surgery was done by a tech, then this is a clear cut case of fraud and deception. I would personally give this a shot.

And for anyone else out there considering surgery, this is why you should use a credit card, because at least it gives you some options.

This is a correct reading of the law. All credit card companies reserve the right to charge back.

This is the old "Antiquated" punch style grafts from the 80s and early to mid 90s. I know because I had procedures done with these styles also. Luckily I didn't have many and had a lot of existing hair. My surgeon didn't butcher me like this poor guy was. That was just the advancement of the technology back then. I think FUE was in its infancy and the doctors that did it were very few? I didn't even know about FUE back then if it was around (when I had mine done in the early to mid 90s)

There is NO way on Earth that this should have happened in this day and age. I am sorry that the guy didn't do more research I know he said their site said one thing and then they did another, but still $2 a graft to anyone educated about HT these days should have sent up an immediate red flag.

Hopefully you have enough donor hair to rectify your situation without having to resort to body hair. You could use body hair in conjunction with scalp hair, but in my experience BH just didn't work well-which most will tell you it's not the caliber of scalp hair. It was my experience also that BH doesn't "take" very well (maybe with the exception of thick course beard hair or if you have thick course chest hair). If you have fine body hair you can forget about it working well--if at all--based on my experience anyway.

Best of luck to you brother.

P.S. One thing you might could consider is just accepting to have a shaved look and get SMP (Scalp Micro-pigmentation) Search it on youtube if you haven't even before.

Best

That is excellent news and what an improvement! It should continue to get better if it's only been six months, and if you have coarse thick beard or chest hair, in the right hands, you could even get more grafts from those areas if you do not have any scalp donor hair left.

I am happy that you have found a remedy it looks very good. I know all about the disclaimers and et when it comes to HT elective surgery, but I would at the very least continue to expose those frauds for who they are, and it would be my goal to bury them OUT OF BUSINESS!

They've sent me a draft for a "Complaint and Jury Demand" and pulled things I've said from this thread as "defamatory". I'm taking it as a last ditch effort for me to remove negative postings, but if they're serious, contact me if you're willing come to court to share your story with me.

I haven't had the work repaired, that alone should speak for itself in court. They're claiming I didn't follow post operative protocol and abused alcohol, that's why there's bad results. Which is partially true for the first procedure I had. There was a section which said "If following scab prevention..."

I wanted it to heal naturally and it was worded as optional, so I skipped that. Chris McTyre tried to force Vicodin on me many times, I refused because I won't take prescription painkillers. He asked what I was going to do for the pain and I said "probably drink". He shrugged and said "that works".

Second procedure they knew I skipped that step and drank afterwards, but after the procedure I was told by the tech to "go home and have a few beers". I didn't. I didn't drink two days prior to the operation or a month after and followed all post op care no matter how it was worded or how trivial it seemed.

There's no reason at all for my poor results and horrendous scar. "Chris" even states in emails he's disappointed in my results and "that scar has to go" trying to get me in to repair it. I refused and that's when things started getting really bad trying to come to a resolution.

Let me tell you something......

Tell that clinic to shove it with the threats. I would welcome them to try and sue me. They will NEVER win a suit against you.

Absolutely unbelievable that here in the day and age they did this. I KNOW what I am talking about because I had these types of grafts in the early 90s too. This is the old antiquated "black and decker" style punch grafts luckily mine doesn't back because had enough donor hair to get it done right when the FUE techniques came long. And luckily my hair on the sides and the back is still very thick because the scars left on the back and sides of my head (that you can only, luckily see, when my head was shaved for my FUE procedures) are horrendous.

No way a clinic should still be performing this type of procedure here in 2017! FUE has been around WAY long enough now.

I just saw your picture again of your results from your repair work, and once again , It's a major improvement.

In the event you don't like the final results, however, you could still consider "Scalp SMP." You can also use the same if you just wanted to camouflage your scars in the donor area.

Don't worry about them sueing you because they will NEVER win. To the contrary I'd be suing them for gross negligence and incompetence performing HT procedures that are antiquated.

I thought I did my research, they had all the right things to say and sold me on a sales pitch. I'm familiar with SMP and it's own set of cons as well as FUE in to the scar and blending the grafts in that are spread everywhere. I'm going to end up going to a renowned doctor for real advice in the future and may end up with a combo of FUE and SMP.

No offense taken, I know I goofed. I had this done years ago and assumed no reviews were good reviews.

Thanks man. I've started emailing James Harris for some insight and will probably end up there, he's renowned for his work and did scar revision on another victim I've talked to.
