2521 FUT grafts - 31 year old male before, & 4 years post-op

This 31 year old patient had surgery 4 years ago. He had 2521 FUT grafts placed in the frontal and temporal areas. The photos show before surgery and 4 years post-op. The patient is extremely pleased with results.

Hi Dr Charles,

 

long time no hear.

 

This Pt in his preop pics looks like he has very fine hair a a bit of hairloss going right through the centre then towards the crown and spreading out.

 

for just 2500 grafts thats just nuts IMO. whats the trick here? bacause this is nothing short of a magic result.

 

ill take a guess and say hes doing well on Meds also right?

I'm confused as well.. I had 8600 grafts and was never near his baldness... Now his hair is thicker than mine. Is this a result of finasteride? It surely can't be the result of just 2500 grafts.

He may have a chit load of hair spray on to make out its thicker than it really is though.

 

Just my 2 cents it does lokk really thick though don't it?

Very impressive Dr. Charles! Did this patient get any benefits from medical treatments that helped him achieve such great results? How were the grafts distributed?

You can pretty much guarantee he has a ton of product on his hair to achieve that, uuuhhh, "interesting" hairstyle

That is the best result I have ever seen from 2500 grafts
