Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted March 12, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted March 12, 2011 Mohamed, Dr. Keser is not recommended or affiliated with our community. Therefore, if you are interested in his services, I suggest contacting his clinic directly and asking these questions. Additionally, I'd like to invite you to review our recommended hair transplant surgeons and determine whether you'd like to consider a consultation with one of these physicians as well. Senior Member HARIRI Posted March 12, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted March 12, 2011 As what I was told, The price is €3,50 per graft using the FUE technique so 3000 grafts will cost you €10500. They offer complementary airport transfer, hotel to clinic transfers and an English translator during your procedure but non inclusive the other fees such as flight tickets and accommodation. He does 700 grafts a day, so you do the maths, Means you need to be there 4 days. My cousin's husband has his OP with him and he is very glad and contented. For more contact Info and contacts... Check their website (promotional link removed). Actually Dr Keser is my favourite FUE choice, however Im a Dr Rahal fan as a strip guy because i was stripped before and wished i never was. epi
I'm having my transplantation with Dr Keser in a few weeks. In addition to what has been said I think it is also important to understand that Dr Keser transplants hair in smaller portions, as opposed to some doctors that extract 500-700 at once before putting them all in, which leads to a lower lower success rate as hairs are off the bloodcirculation for much longer than at Kesser by e.g. taking 100 transplanting, taking another 100 transplanting and so on.. My job would not allow me to mess up my appaerance so I have been very conscious and picky about selecting the right doctor. But having read widely and also received the recommendation of a hair specialist in Germany, I feel confident that Keser will do a great job. And in terms of further hairloss post surgery, this is actually one of the points that I have always thought about and I'm happy that it has been picked up here, because it was a major concern for me to e.g. get my front and middle part recovered but then have the hair around falling out and after making this investment to be forced to shave it anyway. My understanding is that finasterid (proscar or propecia) is the answer to this. I am on finasterid since November and can definitely say that my hair loss incridibly reduced if not even stopped. So my solution is to take finasterid until i am old and dont care anymore, until then I expect the medication to do its job and keep the hair around the transplanted ones. I am looking forward to it and dont expect anything else than an exceptional result. All the best
Bill - Seemiller
Dear members and guests. While Dr. Keser has presented several examples of his results on our forum, many members were on the fence as to whether or not we should approve him for recommendation. Concerns surrounding his approval included extracting donor hair outside the universal safezone, lower hairline placement on younger patients and whether or not Dr. Keser was acting in the long term interest of the patient. In my opinion, Dr. Keser appears to be doing quality FUE however, I too share the above concerns. After speaking with Dr. Keser's clinic regarding these concerns on and offline, Dr. Keser and his staff have decided not to undergo the final evaluation and review process and thus is no longer being considered for recommendation. However, this community hopes that he takes the constructive feedback he received from this community regarding his technique seriously and uses it to continue to improve his technique and results. Best wishes, Bill
