Yeah its a powerful skin and scalp balancer and you can use it all over externally to wash and help renew the skin to normal youthful stages - of course diet and exercise is still a large contributing factor to aging so keep that in mind too. I use it a few times a week and it does wonders for me. my hair is thicker now too, but i didn't have a problem with the hair i had previously either so im not bothered either way. I now use it as my secret weapon before a night out to stop those spots forming, because it also helps with that too. Just a little pricey but i think its worth it as it lasts long.
