Senior Member Spanker Posted February 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 Has he had an HT or do you think he just halted his loss with meds? I think he's had fue but it's a tough call. I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians. Senior Member Gram Posted February 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 I think it's progressively going albiet slowly. Hair Length can play a pretty big role in the appearance of mpb as we all know, and I think he's got a pretty good cut atm. So no FUE vote from me. Senior Member KO Posted February 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 Heh. I think he is showing diffuse thinning through the vertex and midscalp. FUE would be tough though because it's hard to spot where to put it. 3382 FUE Lupanzula http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/185463-3382-grafts-lupanzula.html
Senior Member Gram Posted February 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 If you google Tom Brady and hair transplant, one of the first articles you'll find has a quote from Dr. K. I wonder how that came about.
Senior Member Spanker Posted February 2, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 Not sure, is it on this site, if so, link it. I googled it and people have been taking about it for 5 years. His temples look stronger than in the past and his cut was pretty short tonight, so that's why I guessed fue. Senior Member Spanker Posted February 2, 2015 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 Interesting. That's in 2010 so I would say he is very very likely at least on meds. I agree, when he was going in the office, he would not have had a procedure during the season. He's obviously losing, but very slowly in either case. Senior Member Noodles123 Posted February 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 I thought that you could NOT be on propecia because it interferes with testing for banned substances, like giving false negatives or something. Don't quote me on that.
Senior Member wazaam Posted February 2, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2015 Brady has been on several consults with Dr Bob Leonard in Rhode Island. This is the same surgeon who did Wes Welkers procedure as well as Gronkowski's brother. I think Brady may have had some minor FUE work. As for propecia it is not a banned substance in the NFL. I think he is using meds as his hair has improved over the years. he had some temple recession in his earlier years. His father is basically bald and I think it may be starting to catch up to Tom as well as he shows signs of a thinning in mid scalp and vertex. He isn't perfect just like the rest of us....
